Sheltering Bliss (Alt: Moonlit Water Mill) is a Transcendent 2nd class supportive ensemble skill available as Minstrel and Gypsy.
Effect
Performs an ensemble which creates an area where neither monsters nor players can enter. If they are inside, they will be pushed out. Maintaining this skill active will drain SP every 10 seconds.
