Perfect Tablature (Alt: A Whistle) is a 2nd class supportive skill available as Bard and Minstrel.
Effect
Performs a song that will boost Flee rate and Perfect Dodge of the user and party members around the performer.

Known Bugs
- Fixed at 15/10/2016 in IRO: This skill is currently bugged and gives players well over 100% Perfect Dodge, and it has been disabled in War of Emperium castles due to it.
Soul Link
- The effects of Bard and Dancer Spirits allow a Dancer class to use this skill at level 10 if she has mastered Focus Ballet.
