Gloomy Shyness (Alt: Gloomy Day) is a 3rd class active skill available as Maestro and Wanderer. This performance belongs to the Group B.

Effect

Plays a downhearted melody that enhances the damage output of specific skills the targeted player has learned. If the target has not learned them, they will receive a penalty on their Flee rate and attack speed. It has a chance of both halving its movement speed and stripping its mount. Requires the user to wield an instrument or whip.
