Rose Blossom (Alt: Rose Blossom) is a 4th class active skill available as Troubadour and Trouvere.
Effect
Attaches a flower seed on an arrow and shoots it to a target inflicting powerful ranged physical damage. The flower booms after a while, inflicting additional ranged physical damage to the target and surrounding enemies.
