Arrow Vulcan (Alt: Arrow Vulcan) is a Transcendent 2nd class offensive skill available as Minstrel and Gypsy.

Effect

Slings a barrage of nine bolts at a single target using the equipped instrument or whip to inflict ranged physical damage. Each cast uses one arrow, the property of which depends the property of this skill.
