Arrow Storm (Alt: Arrow Storm) is a 3rd class offensive skill available as Ranger.
Effect
Shoots a storm of arrows at a single target for ranged physical damage to all enemies around the target. Uses 5 arrows. The skill deals additional damage while Fear Breeze is active.
