Dragonic Breath is a 4th class offensive skill available as Dragon Knight.
Effect
Note: This skill has not been implemented into IRO.
Can only be used when riding a dragon. Embraces the power of the dragon within the body, then exhales the powerful dragon's breath towards the target.
