Dragon Water Breath (Alt: Water Dragon Breath) is a 3rd class offensive skill available as Rune Knight.
Effect
Commands the Dragon to spurt out scorching blue fire at a targeted location that will inflict Water property ranged damage to all enemies within the Area of Effect. It has a 15% chance of leaving enemies freezing for 10 seconds.

Notes
- This skill's element is changed to Ghost during Asir rune effect and Neutral during Lux Anima. When both runes are active, the element will be Neutral.
- This skill ignores enemy's Flee.
- The cast time cannot be interrupted.
- Hard DEF and RES are subtracted off the final damage value instead of reducing damage by a percent, basically treating it as Soft DEF.
- The skill basically has same mechanic as
Dragon Breath, the only difference is using Water element/Freezing instead of Fire element/Burning.
