Cast Cancel (Alt: Cast Cancel) is a 2nd class active skill available as Sage and Scholar.
Effect
Cancels the ongoing cast of a skill before it finishes casting and retains a fraction of its SP Cost.

Notes
- It is also possible to cancel casting by creating a chat just before the cast finishes, although this consumes the full SP and retains the skill's cast delay. Area skills will still animate, but they will not inflict damage while in chat.
