Endow Tsunami (Alt: Frost Weapon) is a 2nd class supportive skill available as Sage and Scholar.
Effect
Endow a single target's weapon with Water property and increases Water property magic damage temporarily. Each cast consumes 1 Indigo Point which are sold by Point Seller in El Dicastes .
