Fiber Lock (Alt: Spider Web) is a Transcendent 2^nd class active skill available as Scholar.

Effect

Shoots a sticky web at a single target to leave it immobilized and reduce its flee rate by 50 temporarily. If the web is struck by a Fire property attack, the target will take 200% of the damage and the web will be destroyed. Each cast consumes a Cobweb.

Notes

A maximum of three sticky webs can be active before the first one expires.
A sticky web can only hold one enemy.
The duration is halved in PvP environment.
