Endow Blaze (Alt: Flame Launcher) is a 2nd class supportive skill available as Sage and Scholar.
Effect
Endow a single target's weapon with Fire property and increases Fire property magic damage temporarily. Each cast consumes 1 Scarlet Point which are sold by Point Seller in El Dicastes .
