Endow Tornado (Alt: Lightning Loader) is a 2nd class supportive skill available as Sage and Scholar.
Effect
Endow a single target's weapon with Wind property and increases Wind property magic damage temporarily. Each cast consumes 1 Yellow Wish Point which are sold by Point Seller in El Dicastes .
