Description
Creates a barrier protecting the target tile against melee attacks. Cannot be cast on top of an existing Safety Wall, Pneuma (the 3x3 area of), or on Magnetic Earth.

Notes
- Safety Wall only blocks incoming damage. It doesn't protect against status effects and knockback, unless they were side effects of a blocked attack.
- Against melee monsters, Safety Wall will block all melee attacks, melee skills, and some long-ranged defined skills if they were used in melee range (an exception to this is Clashing Spiral - even if the monster is beside the player, Safety Wall no longer blocks it as of summer 2008).
